Lisa Cromwell, Realtor®, loves living and working in Loudoun real estate in the heart of Loudoun County.  Lisa and her husband, Ted, have lived in a post-n-beam home atop Mt. Charlene Flickinger, Realtor Assistant, lives in the Countryside area of Sterling.  Charlene & her husband, Jon, have lived in Loudoun since 1992. They have been actively involved in the community with Scouting, Sports and School activities.  They enjoy the history of the Loudoun County and all of the Washington DC area. Their children attended Loudoun County Public Schools.

Mike Eastman, VP, Sr. Loan Officer, 1st Portfolio Lending, has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry for almost 30 years.  Mike has sold real estate, managed and owned real estate offices, served as president of a real estate and financial services firm, hosted a talk radio program on matters of real estate and finance and currently assists his clients with financing the American Dream.

Tim Hockenberry, Professional Home Inspector and host of the DIY network’s Finders Fixers, has been professionally inspecting homes for over 12 years.  During this time he has inspected thousands of homes.  Prior to his career as a home inspector, Tim spent many years in the new home construction and renovation business.

Donofrio & Associates, Property Inspections, Insured & Certified, Ed Donofrio and his staff conduct property inspections with honesty, integrity and professionalism. The inspectors are engineers trained and experienced in many kinds of inspections. They will provide computer generated reports with photos.
