Lisa Cromwell: No. VA & Loudoun Real Estate
I am likely the only person you’ll meet who ran away from the Circus! After more than a decade at Feld Entertainment (parent company of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus) where I was a senior executive, it was time for a change! That change led me to the Northern Virginia and Loudoun real estate market
I’ve been licensed to sell real estate since 2003 and have been a full-time Realtor® since then. The first broker I worked for said I spent too much time with clients! How is that possible?!? The attention that I give to each client is what makes your home purchase or sale a success. And yes, I left that broker after a few months to join RE/MAX where the brokers understand that real estate is about getting results for the client! I believe that my success is the direct result of the superior service I provide my clients. My clients know that they are important to me, and that I’m totally dedicated to protecting their interests.
As a Seller, you can expect an integrated marketing plan that includes professional photography, virtual tours, professional staging consultation, color fliers, enhanced listings on multiple websites, prominent placement on major Internets sites (especially on Realtor.com, the #1 consumer home search site), and in-person exposure of your home to other Realtors through a Broker’s Open House. I will keep you informed and provide regular feedback. Ask my sellers who tried other agents, but felt like a cog in the wheel. I don’t collect listings, I work with serious sellers who want to move. I provide the marketing, the resources and guidance necessary, to get your home sold. I am a believer in hands-on care, and for this reason, you’ll always have direct access to me.
As a Buyer, you should expect detailed information and historical listing data on the property, assistance in evaluating comparable sales and current inventory to select from, helpful advice on resources so you can make an informed decision, contact information on reputable lenders, home inspectors, movers, settlement companies and ultimately a Buyer’s Agent who will guide you safely from the first time you set foot in a home to the closing table where you’ll joyfully receive the keys to your new home!
You can be confident that my loyalty is only to you! I refuse to represent both the Seller and the Buyer in the same transaction (“dual agent”) because of the potential conflict of interest. Most agents will work as a dual agent (dual agents make twice the commission) but when the loyalty is divided, don’t you hear that nagging voice…are you being represented as well as you could be?
Whether buying or selling, I am with you every step of the way guiding you with my vast resources and knowledge. And, when settlement day arrives, I will be there with you at the settlement table, representing you all the way.
